    Client products from a blank start. Support and extra work after handover. Applied software on live data when the task needs it: dashboards, splits by stage, grouping so the queue and the pile-up are visible.

    Exam prep platform

    IELTS and Goethe prep service: lessons, student accounts, teacher admin. After launch I fixed what broke. Course dashboard: who is on which lesson, split by stage and teacher, grouping so you can see where the programme stalls.

    Vera v Delo

    Web application and analytics

    Led development of the foundation’s web product from scratch and wrote applied software for internal work: application, records, statuses. Still on support. Dashboard of volume and statuses, split by stage and person.

    Web application and analytics

    Own application for the organisation. I keep the system. Analysis inside the same app: volume, statuses, grouping by stage and person, filters, a dashboard opened every day.

    Full Stack Development

    Led CRM and applied-application development from scratch: records, operator side, team flows. After go-live I kept the CRM. Dashboard on live cases: volume, statuses, grouping of the queue in the CRM.
